Manav Rachna University, popularly known as MRU, is a private university located in Faridabad, Haryana. The institute was established as Manav Rachna College of Engineering in 2004, which further evolved into Manav Rachna University in 2014. MRU is a UGC-recognised university. Manav Rachna University has been ranked the No. 1 Engineering Institution in India for Research Capability & Placements in the Times Engineering Survey 2022. MRU has also received the Diamond University Rating by QS I-GAUGE in 2022.
