TA Pai Management Institute, popularly known as TAPMI or TAPMI Manipal, was established in 1980. TA Pai Management Institute is a private institute located in Manipal, Karnataka. It is a constituent unit of the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). TAPMI Manipal Karnataka is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and the Association of MBAs (AMBA). Further, the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved the programs offered at TA Pai Management Institute Manipal. The National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) have also recognized the institute's postgraduate MBA programs. TAPMI is one of the few institutes to be recognized by Beta Gamma Sigma for its academic excellence in business studies. NIRF has ranked TAPMI Manipal 42 under the ‘Management’ category in 2023. Outlook 2024 has also ranked it 4 among all the Private MBA Institutions in India.
